Our head chefs, Travis & Ida, has over 20 years of experience in the culinary industry. Before deciding to strike out on their own with Procs Kitchen, they learned how to cook from a long line of family cooks that help shape their cooking skills into what they are today. Our passion for food is evident in every dish we create, and we love nothing more than seeing the joy on our customers' faces.

Our menu is a reflection of our philosophy - bold, flavorful dishes that are designed to delight the senses. From our delicious mac and cheese to our hand-patted burgers, we use only the freshest ingredients and prepare everything from scratch. We only serve what we would want at the table!
